Weekly Class Schedule
Our class schedule is updated weekly and shared every Sunday on our Sage Studio Facebook page. We keep things flexible and intentional, offering a mix of yoga, strength, balance, and cardio classes to support your whole-body wellness—right where you are. Be sure to check in each week, save the post, and join us for movement that meets you in this season of life.

 

Monday
9:00am -Strap Strength and Stretch

This class blends functional strength training with intentional stretching to help you feel strong, supported, and more at ease in your body. We focus on building muscle, improving balance, and improving mobility — without rushing or overdoing it.

Using bodyweight, dumbbells, and straps, we move through simple, effective strength exercises followed by guided stretching to release tension and support recovery. Every movement can be modified, making this class accessible for all levels and especially supportive for midlife bodies.

You’ll leave feeling worked — but not worn down. Stronger, looser, and more confident in your movement.

10:30- Cardio drumming

Empowered Beats is a high-energy, cardio-based class that turns movement into music. Using large exercise balls and drumsticks, we drum, move, and sweat our way through a full-body workout that feels more like play than exercise.

This class is all levels welcome — you control the intensity. Take it slow and steady or turn up the tempo for a heart-pumping workout. There’s no pressure to “keep up,” just permission to move in a way that feels good for your body.

Expect a fun, empowering atmosphere that boosts your heart rate, coordination, and mood. You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and maybe a little surprised by how much fun cardio can actually be.

6:30pm- Fitness Stations

This full-body circuit class is designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep things interesting. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, straps, and a variety of other tools, you’ll move through stations that combine strength training and cardio for a well-rounded workout.

Each class features a mix of weightlifting and heart-pumping movements, with options to adjust intensity as needed. Whether you’re feeling energized or easing back into movement, modifications are always available — making this class approachable for all levels.

Expect variety, efficiency, and a supportive atmosphere that helps you work hard without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll leave knowing you challenged your body from head to toe — and that you showed up for yourself.

Tuesday 

9:00am- Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class offers a slow, mindful practice focused on breath, relaxation, and easeful movement. Designed for all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to move with intention, reduce stress, and support their body without pushing or strain.

We move at an unhurried pace, incorporating bolsters and blocks to fully support the body and encourage deep relaxation. Postures are accessible and adaptable, allowing you to focus on breathing, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and gently refreshed — an ideal way to reset your body and mind.

6:30pm- Yoga Nidra

This all-levels Yoga Nidra class blends gentle flow movement with guided deep relaxation to help calm the nervous system and restore the body and mind. The class begins with slow, accessible poses to release tension and prepare the body for rest.

The final portion of class is spent lying down in Yoga Nidra, where you are guided by the teacher’s voice through body scans, breath awareness, and visualization. This practice gently shifts awareness from the external world to the internal, allowing the body to fully relax while the mind remains softly alert.

No experience is required — just the willingness to rest. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and mentally refreshed, making this a powerful practice for stress relief and overall well-being.

Wednesday

6:30 pm- Fitness class

This mat-based class focuses on functional strength movements designed to support your whole body and everyday life. Using primarily bodyweight exercises, we work through intentional movements that build strength, stability, and coordination from head to toe.

Expect exercises that challenge the core, improve balance, and strengthen muscles you use in daily activities — getting up and down, carrying, reaching, and moving with confidence. Movements are approachable and can be modified, making this class suitable for all levels.

This class is strong, purposeful, and grounding — helping you build strength that actually shows up outside the studio.

Thursday

9:00am- Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a gentle yet effective class that blends elements of yoga and Pilates to improve strength, mobility, and body awareness. This class focuses on controlled movement, breath, and alignment to help you move with intention and confidence.

Using blocks, very light weights, Pilates circles, and balls, we work through low-impact sequences that strengthen the core, support joint health, and improve balance and posture. Movements are slow, purposeful, and fully adaptable, making this class appropriate for all levels.

This class is ideal if you’re looking to feel connected, steady, and supported in your body — building strength without strain and movement without pressure.

10:30am- Strength and balance

Strength & Balance is a thoughtfully designed class that focuses on improving stability, coordination, and functional strength while deepening the mind–body connection. Through intentional, controlled movement, we help retrain the body and brain to work together more efficiently.

Using dumbbells, resistance bands, straps, and chairs, this class emphasizes balance-based exercises that challenge proprioception (your body’s awareness in space), support joint health, and build confidence in everyday movement. Each exercise is performed with purpose, encouraging focus, control, and mindful engagement.

This class is accessible for all levels and especially beneficial for those looking to move more steadily, feel more secure in their body, and build strength that supports daily life.

6:30pm- Yoga flow

Yoga Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-style class that links breath with movement through a continuous, flowing sequence. This class offers a healthy mix of strength, mobility, and balance, creating a practice that is both energizing and grounding.

Expect thoughtfully designed flows that include challenge — with plenty of options and variations offered throughout. Whether you’re looking to build heat and strength or move more moderately, you’ll be supported in finding what works best for your body on any given day.

This class is ideal for those who enjoy moving with intention, exploring different levels of effort, and deepening their practice in a welcoming, encouraging environment.

Friday

9:00am-Cardio Groove

Cardio Groove is a fun, high-energy class that blends dance-inspired movement, stepper work, and light weights to get your heart rate up and your body moving. The focus is on enjoying the movement while improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall strength.

This class is all about fun over perfection. You can follow along at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and choose the intensity that works for you. Whether you go big and bold or keep it simple, you’ll still get an effective, feel-good workout.

Expect upbeat music, lots of movement, and an energizing atmosphere that leaves you smiling, sweaty, and ready to take on the weekend.

Saturday
9:00am Supercharged Cardio and Strength

Supercharged Cardio & Strength is a high-energy class that combines amped-up strength training with high-intensity cardio for a powerful, full-body workout. This class is challenging but scalable, allowing you to adjust intensity based on your energy level and experience.

Using a mix of weights and dynamic cardio movements, you’ll move through strength and conditioning sequences designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your heart rate. Modifications are always offered, so you can go all in or dial it back while still getting an effective workout.

Expect strong music, motivating energy, and a workout that leaves you feeling accomplished, energized, and confident heading into your weekend.
